What counts as an outgoing call?

Any call your team places from Connectoo — dialled in the browser app, from the mobile app, or fired by click-to-call from a contact record in the CRM. The per-minute rate is set by the number you are calling: we match the longest dialling prefix on the destination, so a mobile range and a landline range in the same country can price differently.

Does it cost more to call a mobile than a landline?

In most countries, yes. Carriers charge a mobile termination fee that landline numbers do not carry, so mobile ranges usually price above the standard rate for that country. The gap varies a lot by country, which is why each country lists a standard rate plus the specific number ranges that price away from it.

Is the call rate on top of my plan and my number rental?

Yes. Your monthly bill is the per-user plan price, plus any numbers beyond your free licence allowance, plus the minutes you actually use. Nothing on this page replaces the plan price — see the plan comparison on the pricing page and the monthly number rentals on the number pricing page.

How is call time rounded?

Calls are billed per minute. Every call is rounded up to the next full minute, so a 30-second call and a 60-second call both cost one minute at the rate for that destination. Usage appears on the same invoice as your plan and your numbers.

Do these rates change between monthly and annual billing?

No. Call rates are pass-through carrier pricing and are the same on either billing cycle. The annual discount applies to the per-user plan price only.

Can you quote a blended rate for the countries we actually call?

Yes. If most of your outbound goes to a handful of destinations, send us your call mix and we will price it as a single figure per minute so you can budget against it. Contact us with the countries and rough monthly volume.

How Outgoing Calls Are Billed

The destination sets the rate

Outbound is priced by the country and number type you are calling. Calling a German mobile costs the German mobile rate whichever of your numbers you dial from.

Billed per minute

Call time is billed in whole minutes, rounded up to the next full minute at the rate for that destination. Calls that never connect are not charged.

Mobile usually prices above landline

Mobile and premium ranges carry a termination fee that landline ranges do not, so they show up as separate rates under the country you pick.
