How Incoming Calls Are Billed

Three rules cover every inbound call. There is no connection fee and no minimum spend.

The receiving number sets the rate

Inbound is priced by the country and type of the number the call lands on. A call to your UK local number is charged at the UK local rate wherever your team answers it.

Billed per minute

Call time is billed in whole minutes at the rate below, rounded up to the next full minute. Unanswered calls are not charged.

Toll-free costs more to receive

Your caller pays nothing on a toll-free line, so the carrier bills you instead. Check the toll-free column before you put one on a high-volume support line.
